Global Program Manager

Currently, for our office based in Sofia, we are looking for a professional who would join us and become part of our Project Management team in the position of Global Program Manager.Job offer informationResponsibilities: -Management of program in charge for overall program delivery -Develop detailed project plans, track changes, and report outcomes -Coordination of multi-country or multiregional programs -Plan, monitor, and execute the budget related to the program -Implement, establish and apply best organizational standards and practices -System monitoring and control to ensure the successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives in the program -Manage changes within the scope, budget, and schedule -Demonstrate excellent knowledge in contract management for successful Program Lead -Ensure handover to operations and business as usual -Receive handover from Presales -Customer-facing role, client and vendor management -Program procurement and contract management -Key player for escalation and risk management, key decision-maker Other informationRequirements: -University degree in Technical, Business, or related disciplines. -5+ years of experience with Project Management. -Good financial management experience. -Experience as Senior Project Manager in companies with solid PMI practices and processes required. -Experience with management, negotiation, and setting contractual agreements with third parties and vendors. -Business Transformation Experience. -PMP certificate required or hands-on Project Management experience for more than 5 years. -Fluent English Language (verbal and written). -Experience with the tool- MS Project. -Interpersonal skills – strong leading skills, communication, negotiation, focus on details, prioritization, decision-making. -Skilled to manage senior management expectations on the customer side, manage customer Program teams, and handle critical escalations. -Excellent high-level vision for positioning the right people in the right places.
