Network Support Engineer

From a technical perspective you must be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas: -Troubleshooting and resolving firewall, WAN, LAN, DNS, caching and network security issues -Administering TCP/IP LAN\'s (VLAN routing, VTP, Spanning Tree) -Administering large-scale and complex WAN networks -Troubleshooting skills in various technologies (Cisco, HP , Checkpoint , Symantec …) -Diagnosing network problems and maintaining network security Job offer information- Manage and implement NW changes as part of a project implementation for the existing customers, execute NW normal, non-standard or routine changes (LAN, WAN Security).Analyzes and solves complex incidents possibly involving several different & remote support teams. Identify root cause of incidents and make appropriate recommendation to avoid future failure - From a technical perspective you will work with TCP/IP, various Security, LAN, WAN technologies - VLAN routing, Spanning Tree, BGP, MPLS), Cisco, HP ProCurve, Checkpoint firewall, FWSM, CISCO ASA, Wireless, Load Balancing - F5 Big IP. -Ensure network of the customers continues to operate efficiently with minimum downtime - Understands, synthesis and clarifies customer need - Proactive to anticipate issues or situations which impact service quality, adapts quickly to new technology & understands complex infrastructures - Providing help, cooperating with L1 and GSD teams to spread out network knowledge and experience Personality assumptions and skills-Secondary school with school-leaving examination Computer skills: LAN/WAN/Security administration on advanced level -Good technical knowledge of IP Networks (LAN/WAN, Security, Internet, IP Management) -experiences with Proxy server is advantage -CCNA certification is desirable, knowledge is necessary -Excellent assertive communication skills -Global customer mindset, flexibility and teamwork oriented -Advanced English Information about the companyWe are currently one of the largest IT service providers in Central and Eastern Europe with offices in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey and Poland.
