Product Support Manager
Currently, we are looking for a professional who would join us and become part of the EMEA Product Customer Readiness - Commercial PCs team in the position of Product Support Manager.Job offer informationResponsibilities: - Act as a Team or Project Leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process; - Manages New Product Introduction and support strategies; - Communicate, plan, and coordinate with the IUR (Internal Unit Request) coordinator the purchase of training units according to business needs; - Manages issues and escalations – Issue and escalation management, on-time communication to upper management in case of escalations or potential issues, look for solutions and implement them to mitigate issues impact; - Successfully plan and execute IUR’s (Internal Unit Request) budget – Plan IUR budget according to products roadmap and business needs; - Manages End of Service Life Communications; - Act as Project Manager for internal projects identified to improve processes or procedures within the team or in conjunction with other organizations; - Mentor and Coach junior team members to help them develop PM skills; - Manages upper-level stakeholder relationships. Other informationRequirements: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or related field; - 4+ years of experience in Customer support processes; - Proven knowledge of Product lifecycle management; - Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services\' operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management and support tools; - Excellent communication skills in English - verbal and written; - Excellent knowledge of MS Office; - Able to work to deadlines and tight timescales; - Good collaborator – works well in a team environment; - Good at handling complexity – able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
