What will be your daily responsibilites?Job offer information- Ticket handling 
- Obtaining basic information from users
- Basic troubleshooting network related incidents
- You will work with LAN, WAN technologies, TCP/IP, STP, Wireless, Load Balancing, Checkpoint Firewall
- Communication with the customer on a professional level, cooperation with team members and other support teamsPersonality assumptions and skills- Basic CCNA knowledge (certification is nice to have)
- Good knowledge of English and Slovak (written, spoken, reading and technical)
