Job Overview:

We are currently looking for an experienced Qlik Sense Expert to join one of our client engagements on a B2B/outsourcing basis. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the client\'s data and analytics team to design, develop, and support advanced Qlik-based BI solutions. This is a hands-on role involving full-cycle development, from data modeling to front-end dashboard delivery and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and data models following best visualization and UX practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Build and optimize data models using star schema and dimensional modeling techniques.
• Create QVD files, perform ETL within Qlik, and apply advanced Set Analysis.
• Integrate Qlik with external systems using APIs, mashups, and third-party extensions (e.g., Vizlib).
• Utilize Qlik GeoAnalytics for spatial analysis and map-based reporting.
• Manage and implement data access and security controls at object and row levels.
• Support testing, data validation, and peer code reviews to ensure reliability and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Qlik applications in cooperation with business users.
• Work with large-scale databases such as Amazon RedShift, Snowflake, or Oracle to extract and transform data.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense and BI projects.
• Strong skills in Qlik front-end development, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
• Proficient with Qlik APIs, mashups, and Vizlib extensions.
• Experience with Qlik GeoAnalytics is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and star schema design.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with enterprise databases (e.g., RedShift, Snowflake, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Qlik security and access control configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.

Nice to Have:

• Qlik certifications (e.g., Qlik Sense Business Analyst, Data Architect)
• Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience in Agile development environments
• English proficiency at B2+ level (depending on the client/project)
